This is the second time staying at OTBC.
The unit was so NASTY. There was a bathing suit panty liner stuck to the top of our guest bathroom door frame. So go figure, the cleaning staff certainly does not know how to clean. Thankfully I was staying as a NON-PAYING guest. I would never pay to stay in such a DUMP.
We did enjoy was the swimming pool.
And meet some equally upset guest. I truly hope that I am not invited back again.

The building and grounds are run down, although our unit was clean and everything worked. The ocean view was great. The staff isn't all that friendly. The daytime security guard is rude, with all the staring and glaring. Parking was OK. If you have more than one vehicle you will have to park the second vehicle out side the grounds ($1.00) for 24 hours.

The place looks very outdated and mismatched with the other properties. Everything is outdated....the appliances, etc. The only update might be the carpet.
I would not recommend this facility unless you absolutely had nowhere else to stay. The staff was very unfriendly. It should not be classified as a resort. It is merely a run-down hotel with a kitchen and living area. I never want to stay there again!!

all great each stay. some improvement on cleanliness could be seen. super location, with a very freindly and professional staff.i am looking forward to my next trip there as soon as this thing called work permits me to do so.

I have had my timeshare here for 13 years. Easy access to the beaches and most local attractions. It is not the fanciest place and is starting to show its age. My family loved staying there.

My family has a timeshare with Ocean Towers and we have gone every year during July since I was born (22 years this summer!). Even though we come the week after the 4th of July everything is clean and beautiful. The residents in the summer are usually regulars so the kids have grown up together! I have owned in Ocean Towers for 20 years. Beginning to show it's age. Property is getting run down, and not unusuall to show up for your week and have no A/C in your unit.
