Dumpplace has prostitutes, are run by the mob. We left there in 2006 just after teh hurricaine. Sounds like frank and rick didn't do anything. Not suprising. Venezualian drug lords with prostitues on the beach with their pimps. Our famiies thought we were kidding until they saw it. Good luck to the dark energy.OVERALL

monstrous mob owner yelled at my wifePool was so nasty no one dared swim in it. Mob lawyer, a regular, insulted my wife. Room service overcharged us and food was terrible. Bed was like a valley. Poolside bar had hookers with runny facial sores tying cherry stems with their teeth while their pimps worked nearby on computers. NICE VIEWStayed one night afer our drive from key west,Vey got a ocean view room nice view for the price, beach right at the resort clean beach area. Rooms clould have been a bit cleaner mold in the bathroom, Keys didnt work very well in the doors. At night their was alot of noise from the bar area. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!Customer Service was AWFUL!!!! We stayed there 5 nights. We asked to be moved the second day and no one bothered calling us back or moving us. We called down asked for towels and no one brought us any! There were none in the room. The room was old and miscolored furniture and very mismatched. Needs Training in Customer Service Skills!We reserved a room on-line with 2 DBL beds and a kitchen. We then followed-up with a phone call directly to the hotel ensuring that type of room (we were 3 grown women -- a King bed just wasn't going to work!). The projects on the beach.Given the all other avalable options on the strip in Ft. Lauderdale, the Ocean Manor leaves alot to be desired. The room was in poor to fair condition with several blemmishes. There were dirty fingerprints on the bathroom door. Sad, never again!There is only one reason to stay here and that is LOCATION!
We stayed in a two bedroom,two bath unit.The air conditioning was so loud in one bedroom that we had to sleep on couches and a recliner in the living room.We also has two non-working bathrooms.They changed the shower heads but that was not the problem we just had no water pressure.

A very memorable adventureI brought 120 people to Ocean Manor Resort in January 2007. We were families with many of the children being in a Performing Arts Company on their way to performing in Disney World.
