Was here for a wedding on property. The rooms are excellent size and nicely cared for; but the hotel staff (especially front desk and bell desk) need a little polishing in the manners department.

The hotel offered nothing but a nice place to watch the sunset and a place to sleep. The rooms were very dated and the furniture was downright uncomfortable. The front desk people were less then helpful and the concierge handed out advertisement books for suggestions.

My wife and I were guests of our corporation and were told in advance that this resort would beat anything we’d ever seen. They were right, the room was cramped, dirty, and so outdated we tried to figure out what vintage it was. I guessed 1958, my wife selected 1971 because of the avocado green walls.

The staff was very nice and helpful to find anything that we wanted to do in Naples. The rooms were clean and nice. The room service was wonderful and well worth the money.

Got married here and spent our wedding night here. I was incredibly pleased with everything. The resort is lovely and the suite that we had gave a breathtaking view of the ocean. The view was the only thing worth it in this room. The room service was very slow, the bathroom very small and in need of being updated.We stayed on the third floor penthouse suite and the view was awesome its just a shame that they havent renovated the rooms.
