This hotel was very classy and relaxing. I plan to go back this summer and stay there with some friends, I have been talking about it since my stay.

Not worth it. Our room was small (although pretty). Staff was exceptionally rude and uncooperative in returning an item left in the room. Will never return.

The location is fantastic and the hotel is beautiful. The staff is not helpful and quite unfriendly. The dryer, TV remote, and hot tub didn't work. Staff didn't care or try to help. Hard to believe that our hotel had no swimming pool. The hampton Inn even had a pool. No pool or sundeck. Give us a brake!!

My family and I had stayed at the Mayfair Hotel in June of 2006.
It had been recommended by family as one of the best hotels in the Miami area.
