We have used this property for groups and meetings for a number of years and have always found the management easy to work with and able to accomodate all of our needs. We will use them again if the need arises.

this hotel wasn't terribly bad, it had a few "down sides" i could of done without. the property is starting to show wear and tear. the staff were very helpful and friendly. there was free shuttle from the airport to the hotel(vise versa).the breakfast was your basic coffee, juice, bagels,ceral,fruit etc. but served it's purpose. ...

I was extremely happy with this hotel. The gentlemen who drove the airport shuttle were both very friendly. The hotel itself was affordable and in very nice condition. It was also very clean.
Jan was working the desk when I checked in and when I checked out. She was extremely helpful and courteous. She exemplifies good customer service.

"Nonsmoking" room reeked of cigarettes;property unkempt & clearly had been used a personal urinal in different areas of the property;several individuals frequenting the hotel (not guests) watching female teenage guests at the pool. Felt unsafe there.

We were pleasantly surprised during our one night stay at this hotel. We had a 8 a.m. flight out the next morning. They are in the process of refurbishing all the rooms & our room was one of the newly done. Clean, spacious,comfortable beds,and NONE of the previously reported mold smells. The best thing I like of this Hotel is the Location, but most of all the people that work there. Also, the last time my wife and I stayed at your Hotel, July, 2005, we were able to see the launch from our room. The Continental breakfast is great. This is why I have made this Hotel La Quinta West my place to stay everytime I am in Orlando.

A bit of a disappointment. Room was clean and bed was comfortable, but overall the place looked like it needed some sprucing up. The desk help was courteous.
