Good location, but the hotel is in desperate need of a refurb. The decor of the rooms is nice, eclectic modern, but as a convention hotel it sees a lot of action so naturally the rooms need to be refreshed more often. Overall good, the new Hyatt Breakfast Menu is GREAT!

We arrived in late afternoon to find our room wasn't ready. They offered us an upgrade to the 23rd floor. Which we thought was great To find out it was a handicap room. No tub just an open shower with no currtain. They offered us a $40 vochure to eat at Riverwalk Cafe while waiting on our roon in the first place. We placed our order to not ...

I spent three nights in the hotel. On the first night, I was not impressed. The furnishings were outdated and shabby. The carpet in my room had several stains that a good carpet cleaning would fix. When I was about to go to bed, I found several hairs that were not mine in the first double bed. In the other double bed, there were more hairs. ...

We certainly enjoyed every moment of our stay at the Hyatt. Very helpful staff, cleaned rooms, and lovely view of Miami River and downtown Miami. Near the AA Arena and Bayside park. Fabulous location to explore Miami and its beaches. Would go there again in a heartbeat.

Decent, clean, but rooms are a little out-dated. Close to area attractions and roadway access. Road noise a little high due to drawbridge, but convention services more than make up for it. Suggest parking your own car, or calling well before you need it.

i did not have any dislikes about the hotel it was veru clean the workers were very helpful and nice they brought up everything that i needed very quickly and i did not have to wait forever for someone to clean my room

The Hyatt Regency is one of the finest hotels I have ever had the priviledge to visit. With the most courtesy staff who go above & beyond to see to our every need.

It is in the thick of things and at the rice price. With all the events and holiday functions that go on downtown, you can't beat the deal. And it is a nice place to stay any weekend when guest are in town.

there is something very hard to tell that this is good enough for all ,i dont seem any dislike which i found there .so no comments so far so good.
