I liked nothing about this place. This place is by far the worst I have ever seen , the room was filthy, bathroom had not been cleaned ,there was soap scum and hair in shower. The bed was a joke , the dust ruffle was a table cloth and the blanket was a mattress cover , so the bed consisted of fitted sheet, flat sheet, mattress cover and another ...

The staff was very friendly and gave us a free upgrade to a nice suite. The transportation was free and the breakfast was an added plus for us. We are a big family on a budget. Denis and Mike we very friendly.

The first room we had smelled like a dirty washroom and we found crawling bugs on the tables. The air-conditioning sounded like aan old WWII plane.

After our complaints, our room was switched. The second room also had the same bugs but were more centralized in the washroom. The AC was a bit better but the room lock cannot be locked if you want to leave.

First, the airport shuttle service is not advertised at the airport, and the ground transportation information desk will tell you to take a cab. The room was clean, beds comfortable.

Rooms (and Pool) were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Hotel is close to dining, shopping, theater and local attractions. Will definitely return.
