Great little spot!Small Mom and Pop wayyyy off of US1, which made for a nice quiet stay. Clean, not always an easy thing to find in the Keys. We come down every year and I think this may be our new spot! Don't want to talk it too much as we hope there is room for us.

Quiet!We were a little uneasy about this place since it had the only vacancy on the island. But we were pleasently surprised. Nothing fancy, but clean and comfortable. Great location and very cleanWe were pleased with the cleanliness and decoration. It was very pleasant to wake in the morning and feast your eyes on the canal, and palm trees.

Keys ParadiseOff the beaten path, these rooms are far from the roadside shacks you find in the Keys. They are 1 mile off of US1 located in the middle of the Sombrero Community. They have a private ramp and dockage free for weekly renters. You can't beat the stay at Sombrero Reef Inn & Fishing Lodge in Marathon with it's beautiful palm shaded seating and tranquil lagoon views.You have found this review helpful.9 of 9 Yahoo! Hidden GemSmall, quiet place. Only four rooms. It is only feet off the water. This is the closest place to beautiful Sombrero Beach in Marathon. They have both suites and motel type rooms. Dock and boat ramp are no extra charge. It looks as though yahoo has an old review for them, as the prices have changed. We paid $229 a night for the 2bd/2bth in early January.
