This hotel had ok ratings, so I thought it would be ok for one night! It doesn't look at all like the pictures and used to be Rodeway Inn which has horrible ratings. We spent the first 10 minutes making sure there weren't any bed bugs and really wanted to go somewhere else, but it was already almost 12:00 am and we were leaving first thing ...
For the money, it is a great deal. I use the hotel every so often when traveling in and out of South Florida. For the price, you can't beat it. Good for travelers looking for a safe and comfortable stay but not looking to pay typical "South Florida" prices.
The Parking especially for the handicapped was really bad I had to walk for over twenty minuets to finally get to my room and All the elevators reeked of PISS and Cigarette smoke. The Rooms were really nice and clean though: )
If you need a quick nights sleep and little else with a free shuttle from MIA this place works OK. For longer stays this isn't the best choice unless you are trying to save $$.
There is a Winn Dixie Grocery store right across the street and Jackson memorial hospital is a few blocks away.
Probably the least expensive hotel you will find ...
This hotel at one time was a Holiay Inn and a Travel Lodge. It is a very good choice if you need to sleep for cheap with a free shuttle from MIA airport. The shuttle can be slow.
This is not even a 3 star hotel and many cruise ship employees stay here before going to their ships!
If you seek luxury avoid this place but for a quick night at a low price it works well!
