This hotel is close to everything from the a water park to the mall. You get free movie rentals. It has an indoor & an outdoor pool plus its ON the beach. What more could you ask for? Great for the kids.. oh and a nice little bar for the adults, the bar overlooks the beach.

I requested an ocean view room. When I checked in, the room (nice size for a hotel room) and the bathroom were dirty. I requested a room change, and was moved into the tower (a downgrade). It turned out the other room was not much cleaner. Lots of dust balls in corners. It's a shame they can't hire maintenance staff who knows how to use vacume cleaners.

The Holiday Inn on Destin Beach is a dream come true for a family on a budget! The family can play all day on the beach, then in the evening the location is perfect for any budget. Can't wait until our next visit.
