This is not the place to stay. There were unknown bugs on the floors and kitchen counter. Dirt and dust around the beds. Old candy papers. We reserved room 3 months in advance and had a confirmation number and when we arrived our rooms were given away. We had to take what they had to offer. I loved this place because it was clean and the service was really good. Plus you have the advantages that it's situated in one of the best parts of Kissimmee plus you have the advantage that there are many stores around to go shopping.

Hey if your looking for a nice inxpensive place to stay go here. Went Jan 21 05. Room was clean, TV & games for the kids. My room had no mold as others said. Laundry room & game room with pinball machines etc. Did not go swimming. Employees were nice & helpful. Accross the street from Dennys & Wester Sizilin Steak House & next to old town. Park the car & walk around !!!

The hotel was filthy, the bathroom was disgusting, there was an infestation of ants, the air was moldy and the rooms smelt of mildew. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!!!!
