Great location,nice but not spectacular room. No free breakfast. Do not take coupons they have in three different flyers. Not oceanfront but charge as it is. Have a nice bar and pool area but nothing out of he ordinary.

Mixed results - some good, some bad

I was originally going to pan this hotel, but they moved me and it made a big difference. The first room was a 'standard' room and was dark, truly dank, smelled of cigarettes, and just felt 3rd rate. It also did not have a fridge I needed.

If you like bed bugs, stay here

Upon entering our room we noticed the lack of cleanliness. Immediately went out and bought Lysol. Couldn't find an empty room anywhere else. Besides the bugs in the bathroom we were bitten overnight by bedbugs. Hotel said it was impossible but they lied and covered up. We know where we slept and the Comfort Inn is responsible for bedbug bites. Worst hotel experience in our lives.
Room - Dirty bed! Comforter, bed skirt, and blanket was gross. Bathroom was dirty. TV didn't work right. We had to turn it on and off several times in order for it to get a picture.Also towels weren't very clean, they had stains on them.
Hot tub - had soap in it, so we couldn't relax after a long day at Seaworld.
My wife and I stayed at this hotel and what a pleasant stay it was. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and had nice amenities (Internet, refrigerator, microwave, tub) and bonuses were the pool and continental breakfast. Best of all - and this made a difference with us - was that we were able to park our vehicle at the hotel while on a cruise. High fives to the staff and this hotel - we will stay there again.

The hotel was convienent to all of the attractions. The room was spacious, but it needed a thorough cleaning. Housekeeping didn't come for two days, even after i went ot the front desk and alerted them. Mold could be seen through the caulking in the tub. The place needs to be refurbished. The bed was so hard that I went to Walmart and bought a mattress pad.
