We live close by (45 minutes) and love to stay at Coastal Waters for a quick getaway. The rooms are bright and airy and the kitchenettes are stocked with everything you might need. It is a smaller hotel, and very quiet. Directly on the beach, you just cannot find a cuter and more welcoming place to stay, and we have probably stayed in every hotel in the area (unfortunately, Coastal Waters is frequently full!).

Stayed there 2 years in a row and liked it alot but they have raised their rates 25% in the last year and we found a bigger and less expensive condo 10 minutes down the beach.

They have a kids pool right next to the regular one, they have nice big kithchens stocked with everything you need except food along with a microwave, you can see the ocean from almost every room, there are bathrooms by the pool, and there is an EXCELLANT little pizza place across the street that delivers and a nicer restraunt 2 doors down. For many years running, my family and I have stayed here. The room service is excellent, office staff knowledgable and location a key. Value + quality. How often does that happen. A summer without a week at Coastal Waters, is no summer to me at all. Thanks for your years of being there as a fun family get-a-way!!!

This place has the worst Management I have ever seen. They are very rude and canceled my reservation without alerting me. Apparently Bike week is more important than people on business. Had I not called to confirm my reservation, I would have shown up with no place to stay. I can't imagine running a business like this. It makes me wonder what else they slack on.
If my life depended on staying there, I would still avoid it.

this place is great!! right on the beach big rooms with full kitchen and living rooms!! what a value too, ive been there a few times and plan to go back more. nice big pool and the baby pool is awesome too.

My wife and I found this hotel to be "not what it appears in the picture" as portrayed on their website. The only good thing would have to be its cheap compared to the condos down there.
