This could be a nice place.... the bones are there, the location is fine a short walk to the beach. But it needs painting everywhere. It also needs about 200 gallons of bleach to kill the mold and years of funk build up. It is clearly not a value - spend 5 bucks more and be on the beach! In a newer cleaner - nicer hotel.

Knights Dump is an awful place to even consider. Don't let the bargain price fool you. The Greyhound bus station would be a better and cleaner place to stay the night. They should pay people to stay the night. The smell and the conditions of the rooms are authentic 3rd world living. If you stay at this dive you should be placed in a mental institution.
