We stayed at this hotel precruise on May 1, 2005. Hotel and room were very clean and the staff (Daniela)was very professional. Loved visiting Bayside! Will definitely stay here again for future cruises.

When I was speaking with the reservationist (Carolina) I was asking questions pertaining to different places I needed to go after our cruise. She was very helpful and very polite. One thing that you need when staying in a hotel is a staff that is going to make you feel at home and accomodate you with all of your needs.
