We have stayed at this property 6 times in the last year....and will NOT stay anywhere else! Excellent bayside view rooms upon request, and being across the street from Bayside Marketplace and American Airlines arena are wonderful reasons alone. We feel safe there, and the staff has always been attentive and friendly to us.

Toenails on floor when I first got in, wallpaper peeling. Room stunk. Staff completly useless. Resturant only open for about 3 hours a day. I would never go back.

we love the convenience to port and access to bay shopping etc. Staff polite, rooms large and spacious as five of us in family and nice and clean.

The room could have used a little work. Peeling wallpaper in the bathroom, a towel rack that kept falling down, a toilet that wouldn't flush. The view of Bayside from our window at night though, couldn't be beat.

We have stayed at this hotel yearly and had for the most part an enjoyable stay...This year we encountered a bad attitude from the supervisor when we tried to book for Oct.2007 No guests, No need for employees!!!!
