My husband and I stayed in Miami for a few days after our cruise, and The Holiday Inn is where I had read reviews and decided to book our room ahead of time. When we arrived we were early, they upgraded our room to a suite due to the priority club with no charge. The staff was friendly and it was right across from Bayside where you could shop till you drop. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return:)

I liked the night that we spend there, the employees were very friendly. we were going to st thomas the next day and found the buffet in the morning very good.

It was clean! We could walk across the street or down the street to eat or shop or relax and hear some good music. The food was good, the service was excellent.
