We sent the night here before leaving for a cruise and were very impressed with the service and the speed of the check in process, staff was great! He gave us a map that detailed exact directions to the port.
They had a little bar off their lobby that was great for shooting a game of pool and a beer. We enjoyed the pool side patio, the palm trees added to tropical weather. We had a great stay, no complaints!!!

The pool is very nice, that is the only nice thing I can say about this place.
The walls are paper thin, the hotel is a bit creepy, it is in a "rougher" area of cocoa beach. Lock your doors! We were lucky to find a parking spot near our room (be prepared for a hike).
The staff was not interested in assisting with a TV ...
