We enjoy the Americano every year we go. It's set-up for families with children or for people who want to just relax. So if it's family time you want and need some R&R this is the place to stay. If you want to party all night it's not the place to stay unless you want to sleep it off. So if you don't like drunk and rowdy people come here if you are the drunk and rowdy type stay some-where else.

The rooms have floor to ceiling windows so even if you are in bed or sitting on the couch you can see about 1 1/2 miles of Daytona Beach. The room was decent. The bed was comfortable. You could seperate the bedroom from the living area with a pocket door. I would have liked a larger kitchen/eating area. The bathroom was rather cramped. The pool and pool area were very clean.

This was the worst resort we have ever visited. We stayed three days and then moved to a lovely resort down the street(at our expense). The hotel had none of the amenities listed. We Are Owner's At This Resort, And Were Stuck! Paid Too Much And Are Stuck With It. Unless We Sell For A Complete Lose. We Stayed From December 22nd To The 29th 2006, We usually just trade it off for a 5 star resort. That's all its really good for. Pay for a 3 star and trade up with interval international for a 5 star. Good Luck.
