We are an owner, and they did not take care of us. Bed's are horrible. You sink in the middle, with two people. It needs a restaurant, plus activities. We are trying to sell ours.

Furniture is worn and dirty. Bathroom floor and tub are dirty; no housekeeping service during the week's stay. I won't be back.

I've been an owner for 12 years and have seen several improvements but more disappointments. Can't beat the location, but every time we visit there's always something wrong or more rules that are totally absurd. We only use our week every few years. It's better to trade it off for something else. Beware timeshare buyers, the maintenance fees get higher and higher every year without any reasonable justification.

This was the most relaxing vacation that we have had in a long time. The staff went out of their way to make you feel right at home - with anything you need to make your stay enjoyable. There were a lot of activities for all ages. Stores and shops nearby - easy access to any where you wanted to go. We enjoyed many long walks on the beach, and ...

We went with our best friends, who are also our in-laws to the Americano from 8/23/08 to 8/30/08 and had the best time. The staff is not only beyond helpful and friendly, if you need something they are there in a second. Had a great time, the room was perfect, the view was spectacular. The Bar and the Bistro were the best!!!!! Hope to go back ...

We stayed in the Americano August 16-23 of 2008. As you know, the week Tropical storm Fay hit. We stay in this condo every year and really have never had a bad experience. This time there were some problems with the housekeeping department but nothing major, just dirty dishes.

My family and i recently stayed at the resort and had a great time. There were activies for all, plus they had activities for the kids for the summer months. Great ammenties and views from the room. We will definetly visit again.

We have purchased a week at this resort for 1/2 price. Now,after reviewing all the remarks, I am afraid to go. It sounds dirty. Are the sheets going to be clean when we get there, the bathroom clean?
I might just cancel. ( I had to do the ratings to enter this. They are what I expect of this place. Should I take my grandkids? S.L.

While not a posh setting, this resort is nicely furnished, is on the beach with both indoor and outdoor pools and spas. My grandchildren, 7 and 1, had a fabulous time and my 7 year old did not want to leave. It was conveniently located to the boardwalk area, water park, movie theater and grocery/shopping.
