Our office recently held a meeting at this hotel. The service was the worst that I have ever seen. The managers were hard to get in touch with and slow to respond. Our reservations, room block, meeting preparations, etc were all incorrect at some point. The hotel even managed to spell its name incorrectly on the online reservation page and took two weeks to fix. I will never use this hotel again.
