Staff did not help with any request I gave. I had to ask for a maid service. All I wanted was towels and some Tea instead I get a maid who wants to vacuum my floor. When I ask for Tea she has one bag. Front desk will politely tell you that you are wrong about your reservation till you show them your printed reservations. Even when logic says they are wrong leave it to this staff to not follow logic. I will never stay at another Hyatt.
I was lucky enough to choose this hotel while I was in Washington. It is in a great location. The Metro station is only 2 blocks away, there are many good eating places that are nearby, there was a nice sports bar located within walking distance, the staff at the hotel were friendly, and helpful. The rooms were nice and clean. The parking was ...

This was our first trip to DC and we opted to stay here. Great choice. It was across the street from the Metro and has nice places to eat within walking. My husband and I had never been on a Metro but it was so clean and easy to use. We made several trips into DC and when we came back, all we had to do was cross the street to be back at the ...
My family and I stayed at the Hyatt for a week. We had high hopes since the advertisement stated that you could view the city and the fireworks from the hotel. This was not the case. You had to walk about ten minutes from the hotel to see any fireworks. We thought we were getting a city view, but our view overlooked the air conditioners and ...

We stayed at the Hyatt in May of 2006 for six nights. The room was very nice and well kept. The hair dryer was on the fritz and so was the second one they brought but they kept bringing them until we got one that worked. Not knowing the area we asked the concierge for a restaurant recommendation and he told us about Il Radicchio which is about ...

Perfect for a weekend trip to DC
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/13/06
We went sight seeing in Washington DC one weekend and found that the Hyatt Arlington was a great place to stay for that. The hotel is right at the metro in Rosslyn so we were able to get to the smithsonian station in just 15 minutes. All the museums, the Washington Monument and the World War 2 memorial were right there. The hotel is also just a ...

Be Careful of Your Luggage
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/31/05
I stayed at the Hyatt Arlington for 3 nights. The hotel was clean, and the room was perfectly adequate. The staff was perfectly friendly and up until the point where I stopped back by the hotel on my way to the airport I could have given the hotel a good review.
That morning after I checked out, I checked my luggage in at guest services and ...
This hotel is right accross the river from Georgetown-walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, so it's not a bad location for that section of Washington. It's right above a Metro Station so within 20 minutes you're at the White House. It's not a bad location if you can't stay in DC or if you have business or some reason to be on the other side of the river. Good restaurant.
