Room was everything I expected and then some. People at the desk were friendly and very helpful. We had a pick up truck and could not park in the parking garage and gave they us a spot to park. Restaurant in the hotel is on the 17th floor - what a view and the food was good and reasonable. Was close to the Metro which made it easy to go to the museums. Would most definitely come back to this hotel.

The staff here are rude and unaccommodating. Trying to get an answer or make any kind of change to a reservation is virtually impossible from my experience.
I will never, ever stay at a Holiday Inn again. ESPECIALLY this one. The location is great, but not worth the rude treatment you'll receive.
