Like - location is GREAT. About 2 blocks from the metro, lots of good resturants in the area (shusi, afganastan, ribs, etc). Short walk to Theodore Roosevelt memorial (real nice, didn't know about it). Joined the holiday inn club, got a room upgrade without even asking. Snack / sandwich / breakfast shop on the first floor. The short walk to the Metro gets you anywhere in DC, the walk to Georgetown was a little long but worth it when you get across the Key bridge. The nearby restaurants are ok for the price. The nearby shopping is convenient. The pool was clean and maintained, larger towels would be a plus though. The rooms were worth the price. We'll be back in 2006

too pricey for the accomodations. view was terrible. the two restaurants within the hotel way too expensive. front desk service a little below average..

we liked that it had a metro station so close by.

I like the location because it's near the metro. What I didn't like was the fact that the restaurant on the 17th floor was closed on Sunday morning.
