I had a 2 week travel, which went on a unexpected extension and I had to stay for 5 weeks more...i.e. 7 weeks in total. I found the staff as very courteous and prompt in helping/serving + all of them made my stay as comfortable as possible and they also offered me a better rate compared to what was advertised. If I come back to Wilmington, I would definitely stay here.
Good Place, Great People and Real Value for Money

Awful Experience! Service was non-existent and room was dirty.

This place is horrible! Our 1st room had rust-brown water, in our second room the door wasn't even locked. People are living on the same floor. Mateinance wasn't here to fix either problem. We were charged $120 for the night. The beds are tiny and the bathrooms are dirty.

Don't waste your money. Not a good area either.

We enjoyed the convenience of coming in from Rt. 95 to a hub of good restaurants and shops. We come down from Maine to wife's former childhood hometown and find this very accesible to our local needs.
