    I stayed at this hotel for three nights and the staff was wonderful. The Front Office Manager was helpful and offered much assistance. Will stay again on my next visit.

    Great hotel that I stay at often. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food and service in the restaurant is excellent. Highly recommend this hotel to others.

  • service terrible, bartender attitude

    Ate our lunch in the dining room on May 9 2005 at noon. waitress of 70 years + couldn't work the machine to place the order, took a lot of time to order. Bartender didn't make the drinks right for us. When asked to remake he refused and didn't offer a refund. We will never recommend people in our business to stay or eat at the Marriott in Cromwell.
