Since 2007 Red Mountain Inn has been under new ownership. It is true that that it is Glenwood Springs best value, not only because of the prices but the property as well. It is pet friendly. The grounds are beautiful, the rooms are super clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. It is a wonderful place to take the family for a weekend to get away. I personally love the flowers. Everywhere you look you will find something new and wonderful.

We found fleas jumping on our two year old son. When we spoke with the person at the desk, they could not help us. The manager refused to change anything. Did not even offer another room! Avoid it at all costs.

My experience at this hotel wasnt too bad. Other than the owner going into our room to shut the window while we were gone, the maids not restocking most of the stuff in the room and a cold hot tub, it was clean, quiet, right by the mall, 7-11, Burger King, other restaurants and like 2 mins. from central glenwood springs.
