I stayed here for a 4 day long conference and I have never had a worse experience ever at a hotel. The wireless internet was $13.95 PER DAY, the staff was incredibly rude every time I spoke with them, and when the elevators stopped working, I rode the service elevator only to get stuck in it for 20 minutes while no one came to help us. Over-expensive internet ($13.95 per day!!!). Poor isolation from outside noise. Heating system did not work properly

The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.
