Facilities were nice...breakfast was above average...service at the front desk from the assistant manager was confrontational. She disputed the rates we were quoted...said that she did not have the AAA documentation we provided...refused to give owners contact information

When contemplating a meeting in Pagosa Springs, I found Marlene Jorgensen, sales manager, very accomidating. She worked with my staff to make sure all of their needs were addressed. She even came in on her day off to oversee our Sunday breakfast and departure.
