Room, restaurant, and view are all quite good. Sunday brunch was superior to most hotel brunches. Good selection of foods, frequently changing menu, and a great view from the outdoor balcony.

Desk staff lacked attention to detail, lacked desire to meet customer service needs, and had little to no follow-up or authority to make things happen. ...

This was the best vacation i ever had. all of the people were extremly kind and i had the most relaxing time of my life. being a very busy lawyer, i never have time for vacation, but this was worth it. my whole family had soooo much fun, even the kids had a fantastic time. the pools the staff, everything was fantastic!

Personnel is wonderful. Location Great. Servive very good. Meals are wonderful.
As you can tell, I like this place. I would recommend this location and facility without hesitation.

I loved the rooms, and the balcony mountain view. We will definately be going back there! Its so close to all the attractions. The people are so friendly and helpful. The rooms felt secluded.

This resort is excellent value for the money. The room could not have been nicer or cleaner. Had to request a fridge-they don't come in every room! The resort facilities are excellent, fitness rooms is superb, tennis courts and swimmings pools are also. The restaurant is good. The golf club which is part of the resort also has a restaurant which was superb. The room we had was good, clean. The staff and service personnel were polite and efficient. We would stay there again.

A small group of families recently stayed the week-end here and our experience was less thann desireable. The dining service was poor and there was great confusion on whether the kids ate free off the kids menu or 1/2 price off the other menu. We had an issue on our dinner check which we tried to resolve and ended up more unhappy as the hotel ...
