My son and I found the service to be uniformly excellent. Management obviously provides good staff training in how important customer service can be. Room was spotless and beds(PARTICULARLY!) were excellent including fluffy pillows. I was pleasantly surprised to find an iron and a full-sized ironing board in the closet(I had brought my iron from home as I usually do). Room service breakfast was astounding and started our day with a bang!

This hotel service was excellent great for business, students, and families. The room is very comfortable and nice, the location is also convinent close to the mall, business, and the metro orange line.

Good service, great accommodations, loved the bed and the room appointments. Everything we needed, except the cute little refrigerator. Pillows were very nice, not hard like most places. Loved the pool. Didn't have a chance to try the food but we will when we return, which will be very soon.
A little pricy for the burbs but it was convenient to the family we were visiting in Woodland Hills.

This Marriott is always busy, probably due to its location near Warner Center office buildings and the Woodland Hills Kaiser Hospital (about 1 mile away). Make reservations well in advance.
