I felt like I hadn't left home and had somehow woke up in my closet. Tiny, tiny rooms. Horrible food. Nice staff.

I stayed here recently on a business trip and I was wowed stepping into this one of a kind hotel. I loved the modern architecture and being a part of a Hollywood location for a few movies! Got to even ride in one of the two elevators used in True Lies.
Would stay here again. Only gripe was with the hotel room sizes, but for a business trip, I don't need much room, so it worked out.

Didn't really car for the valet only parking. Felt like hotel guest should receive free parking for
the money you spend at the hotel.Hotel was beautiful and food was excellent.

What a great location! You can see all the skyscrapers and LA's skyline from the fabulous rooms. I am truly amazed.
You gotta love it!

I loved the attentiveness of everyone, cleanliness, convenient location in Los Angeles, the beds! and showers!, and everything else...it is truly a vacation within itself.

I stayed in the hotel recently for a business trip, and it was just an awful experience. First they didn't honor my reservation of a king bed (the front desk conventiently did not mention to me that I was getting a double twin bed room when I was checking in!). The bed was so small that I had an awful night of sleep, so I tried to talk to ...

explain all the things I enjoyed at this hotel....I would go back in the future.

this place is beautiful and service was goog.evry things was good in there.rooms was very big and beauty.I was very happy in there and i dont like comeback in my city.only problem was in price.price was very expencive.in all this place was very nice.

Great restaurants... good location ... in the heart of downtown. But I would recommend this more for business travelers than tourists. Tourists should focus on the coastal hotels.
