The room was really dirty and had bedbugs.

This is basic, but: clean, convenient and modestly priced. It was better, more clean than we expected. unobtrusive, minimal, but adequate and very satisfactory service for the price.

I stayed three nights and was very happy with my stay. The first thing that I noticed was how clean the room was and spacious for the price. And the friendly and helpful staff was surely a plus.
