LOVED it!! I was treated with AMAZING, over-the-top service. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I felt like a rock star with how great they treated me.

ONLY drawback to this place - no outside hot tub!! If this place had a hot tub, it would be 5 stars......

service was good, room was very nice, staff was helpful. but the maidservice needs to be fired. i stayed in one of the rooms there and got head lice from the bed. other than that it was very nice i'm just suggesting that the maid service do a better job of cleaning the rooms

they help with the bags assisted us to the front i check my daughter in because of the amine convention which is held each year in san jose and this is the hotel we will be coming back next year really great service

the staff is the best and they have the best martinis at the grill.

the hotel is the best in saj jose. big rooms, large bathrooms and a minibar; which the other hotels dont offer.
