My friend and I were attending the Dickens Fair, two girls by ourselves. We felt very safe, well taken care of. It was a short walking distance to the Fair. The restaurant was fantastic! We're coming back again this year.

What a nice place to have a wedding. The Grand Ballroom was just perfect. Easily accompanied all the guests for the ceremony,dinner and reception. It was very nice to have a place where everything could be taken care of in one place and everyone that wanted a room to stay in after the celebration.

Reservations desk is unorganized, they were unable to find our reservations, turned out they were looking in the wrong place.

After being gone from room for six hours, I returned around 4 p.m. and maid had still not cleaned my room.

Vending machines do not take change but require a debit or credit card.

The staff of Marriott took very good care of us. The front desk people were accomodating, but a bit slow. Nacho, the Head Bellman was terrific. He was able to get us where we needed to go. Riverside is a beautiful little town. The staff at this hotel was wonderful, the food was amazing, and the city was nice. I was in Riverside on business and the staff was just perfect! They were helpeful and happy. The beds were comfortable, too. I would recommend the Marriott if you have buisness in Riverside or surrounding areas.
