we enjoyed an all inclusive awsome night! the room the service the PARTY every thing was perfect. we have done this twice but have not been able to go in the last couple of years. we are hoping that they still have their new years party because we would love to go again this year!! they offered the BEST deal for your money plus a safe and fun atmosphere to bring in the new year without traveling to the city.

The staff was pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and the price was excellent. the internet system worked perfect. Check-out was a breeze. Plenty of free parking and close to restaurants and other services.

i stayed there often always the internet price and i tried to get the price on my last visit and they said internet site was down and charged me regular price

I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions because of its location to the BART station. My daughter and I go shopping several times a year in San Francisco, and we have found that staying in Pleasanton and traveling on the BART train to be the most convienent. I liked that the hotel was able to book me a room that quiet. Away from traffic, soda/ice machines and entrance doors. Allowed for me to get my work done and no disturbance. View faced the very nice courtyard.

Also received a phone call from the front desk as soon as I got into my room to make sure that my accomodations were OK
