Staff is borderline hostile. Not helpful at all. Manager is never available.
Trying to just get your room seviced is awful. One night it wat after 6pm, next night they just called to see if they could just bring by towels.
There are plenty of other hotels in the Simi Valley area. Don't bother with this one unless you want to be ignored or insulted.

bad service bad rooms and lots of noise

The staff was great and the complemitary breakfast was awesome. The only thing I was unimpresses with were the rooms. I really thought they would alot nicer. My room door didn't even shut correctly, you could see a strip of daylight come in with the door closed and locked.

If you are visiting the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library or in Simi Valley on business, then this is a great place to stay. The entire staff seemed to be hand picked. Nice breakfast buffet and free wine and cheese for guests in the lobby Monday through Friday. Very comfortable beds in quiet rooms. This was a family friendly place that was very reasonably priced. A real gem!
