The hotel was clean, the breakfast area was too small to accomodate all the guests, it was on a busy road within 2 junctions, lots of traffic all night and only one set of lifts which were very slow and noisy and the staff do not like the british. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Parking charges a bit steep, but after paying $6 hr other places, this was a bargain. The rooms were very nice, we had a beautiful view of the Golden Gate
Bridge. Very little noise, we were on the 11th floor. Very enjoyable stay, would advise anyone to stay there.

The front desk was very helpful in knowing the bus lines and location of stops.Chose to use public transportation. Much easier to get around and takes you anywhere.
The rooms were a bit small, but comfortable and clean beds. Wall paper coming down and taped up with masking tape.Very tacky.

....tho't Comfort Inn was good bargain given exorbitant SF prices. Yes, rooms are small, but this place ain't advertised as the Waldorf-West, and the continental breakfast is plenty adequate. Read many reviews about distance to Fisherman's Wharf before going there. Yes, FW is walkable, but is pretty tiring on the return trip(s). Would definitely stay again- if I was travelling with family, otherwise it's Marriott for me!

Comfortable, cozy, convenient, friendly, a good value! It was very easy to get to everything a tourist would want to see. My room had great views of the bay and bridge--so good I still have the photos that I took. The staff could not have been nicer or more helpful. What more do you want when on vacation?
