This hotel is old and in bad shape. Our first night we could here people running up and down the hallways. The room was in poor condition. The pool was broke the whole time we were there and the staff promised it would be fixed. By the end of our stay the staff said the owner had no plans to fix the pool. This hotel gives the holiday inn express a bad name and would never stay there again.
the staff at this hotel is very accomadating. The rooms are clean and the beds comfy. The location is centralized, which makes getting around easy. The continetal breakfast left a little to be desired, but did suffice.

The hotel is old, and it shows, despite the recent renovations. The lobby looked great, but the suite I was in had an old musty smell. There was also a constant buzzing sound comming from the hallway and it was never addressed. Overall, it was an average experience, which is o.k if that's what you are looking for. If not, I recommend staying somewhere else.
This was a great hotel while we were visiting the area. Loved having a little kitchen and separate living area for entertaining. Also, the free breakfast we were offered were great for starting the day! Lots of stores and restaurants close by too. There is a Harrah's casino that is only 18miles away if you want a night of slots and great buffet. It wasn't to far from center city, San Diego.
