The hotel is beautiful. Location was fantastic, centrally located for public transportation. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, and the concierge marvelous. I will definitely stay there again.

The location was not bad, only a block from Union Square. Having stayed at other JW hotels this did not even compare. Our room was not ready on time upon arrival after a lengthy flight and we found the staff to be unapologetic and uncaring. The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them

Located in the heart of Union Square. Great service, cool atmosphere, spacious rooms. Close to all upscale boutiques, one block from cable car and all theaters are nearby. The marble bathroom is a beutiful touch.
