Everything was great, specially in summer you need a good working air condition, this hotel has one the best working air condition unit that i ever came across ,trust me i travel a lot. location was just perfect, in the middle of all the major brand name restuarants. will come back.

UPON CHECK IN WE DID NOT RECIEVE WANT WE RESERVEDMTHE POOL WAS NOT HEATED WE ASKED FOR TOWELS HAD NONE AND NO EXTRA BLAMKETS FOR THE SOFA BED WHICH WAS DIRTY AND HAD NO SHEETS ON IT THE PHONES DID NOT WORK AND CARPET AND CURTAINS WERE DIRTY.
THE CLERK WAS ABOUT THE ONLY THING THAT WAS PLEASENT IN THE WHOLE PLACE.

We had booked way back in April for our vacation duration. Needless to say after spending one night in our room we checked out.
the carpet was filthy, I mean Black, it actually came off on your feet when you walked on the floor. the outlets had no covers, the wallpaper in bathroom was held on with screws,
just not a pleasant stay, checked out and went across the street to a beautiful room for the rest of our trip.
