We stayed for 4 days. The location is terrific, and the staff were very customer friendly. The rooms are nothing spectacular, but comfortable and the adjustable beds provided a great rest after walking around all day. We would stay there again.

We just came back from SF. The hotel is located close to everything. My only complain would be the beds. I read in other reviews that their beds were very comfortable. I found this to be wrong. We stayed here over a holiday weekend. Had great service, comfortable beds. Kids liked the breakfast buffet. Concierge very helpful. A great location if you are traveling with children.

Everything was clean and the housekeepers were kind enough to leave extra towels at our request. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff! The beds were to die for! So plush every day was an effort to get out of the comfortable "nest" they supplied.

We just returned from a five day vacation to San Francisco and would certainly recommend this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to the Wharf, bus routes, and the streetcar to downtown. The service from staff was excellent, and the bed was one of the best we'd ever slept in. The one downside was the cost of the breakfast buffet ($16.95 ...
