I WENT ON MY FIRST TRIP TO SAN FRANCISCO WITH MY DAUGHTER AND IT WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. I CHOSE THE HOTEL B/C OF THE VALUE AND LOCATION, BUT NOT EXACTLY KNOWING THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS THE BEST PART. THE HOTEL IS JUST BLOCKS AWAY FROM EVERYTHING, THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL. I like this place, is very clean, and is near to a commercial center. The people that work there is very servicial, and they know you by your name, not by a room number.

I was very pleased with their location to the cable car lines, shops, and bus lines. The rooms are small, but I found the room to be the right size for me and my wife. I was extremely pleased to find that we could get WiFi in our room (on the 7th floor). The staff were top notch and most helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved everything about this hotel, very comfortable beds with real down comforters, nicely decorated, would go back for sure!! Great location , rooms very quiet! And staff very friendly..
