The family and I just spent an entire week at this hotel and absolutely loved it!! It was super clean, the linens on the bed were super comfortable, and there was always plenty of towels left for us everyday. The staff was friendly and the location was great! VERY UNSANITARY AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE VERY RUDE, CARELESS AND EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL STAY EVER. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE AND I WILL NEVER RETURN!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE----HA!

I came to Hollywood for my first time in June and I don't think any hotel could be better! The location is amazing its just a block away from all the museums the Graumens Chinese Theater. And the Hollywood & Highland Center is connected to the hotel. Plus the studio tours are about 10 minutes away! The beds are comfortable and view are amazing no matter where you are. I love this hotel!

The location was fantastic. Right in the heart of all the Hollywood action.

Hip, urban and trendy, a guest at the Hollywood Renaissance can feel like part of film society, even if just for a night. Great service and conveniently located to restaurants and sites.

We arrived to the hotel early. The service was good. The front desk people were nice. The location was convenient. 10 minute walk to Hollywood boulevard. Nice pool and shopping right behind the hotel. The shopping was a little pricy. The dinner was great. I would recommend this hotel who ever is going down to LA.You could see the Hollywood Sign in the shopping center.

We stayed here because of the Academy Awards. This was a great place to be if you wanted to be there without attending the ceremonies. Security was excellent and the ability to walk and shop in the connected plaza was really nice. It was nice to do it right since I probably won't want to see these sights again.

This hotel is the greatest hotel I have ever bean to. Every other hotel was boring and goog servive.But also you should have better food and more comfortable beds because in gave me a back ache.

This is located right at Hollywood and Highlands (HH). The hotel is connected to retail shops, eateries and the HW walk of fame. You have every major street w/in minutes - Melrose, Sunset, Santa Monica, Rodeo, etc. It took no more than 10 minutes to get to anyone of these areas of LA.
