Went to Howard Johnson, asked to see the rooms, went in and room smells like cigarette smoke. Went back and asked for a non-smoking, they said that was non-smoking. Asked ot see a diff room, went in, same smokey smell. Left and went to the Ramada. It had a nice room where you walked in and there was a TV and a desk, you go through and then there's a bedroom with a bath and another TV. Clean, no gross smells, enjoyable. Will go again.

Being that the price was low it wasn't so bad. The front desk people were sweet and helpful. It was being remodeled. The location is great. Your right at the border of Fountain Valley and Huntington Beach. I would go back..

Staying at the Ramada Limited, Fountain Valley
was a really bad experience. The room was very dirty and the freeway was right out of the back window - very noisy.

Stay away!

False advertising. No pool, no jacuzzi, no exercise room, no restaurant, and the room smelled of solvent cleaning fluid, rendering it uninhabitable. In addition, I could not get my money back as we had paid in advance via Orbitz and we had to seek residence somewhere else at the last minute. We had attended an all day funeral.

I travel on around the world and across the nation, and i have yet to come across the hospitality close to this marvelous hotel. Though the hotel was hard to find because it is hidden, my stay was relaxing and enjoyable.
