Ok, so it isn't the Hilton, but it has a great location, terrific value and it was a comfortable home away from home while we were at the state fair. The breakfast wasn't fancy but it was convenient and the refrigerator in the room was nice since we could have leftovers from the previous night's dinner, for lunch. We will stay there again this year.

They were very helpful and prompt with assistance when I was having trouble connecting to the wireless internet. The room was pleasant and clean and was perfect for my needs. I needed a place to stay before taking the California Veterinary Licensing exam at the Scottish Rite Temple. I would stay there again, and I have since recommended them to another colleague.

We've stayed here for the past 5 years to attend an annual car show. While there has been some rennovation going on, the place is still in need of some polishing. We had to have a TV and fridge moved to our room as it had been taken "off market" for construction. We made these reservations a year ago! Also we were right next door ...

The hotel location is great but the for price of the room, the quality and cleaniness is much to be desired. The bathroom was small and the shower had hints of mold in the grout.

The worst experience came when the hotel cashier at the front desk did not follow instructions. Before you check out, make sure you read all of your transactions receipts to make sure you were charged accordingly.

They scheduled a wedding reception and spread the attendees throughout the hotel including right on the other side of my kids bed with banging on the wall all night. Went down to desk 3 times to try to get them to help shut people up, so I became the problem. Staff marginally helpful. I think they wished I would go away and not complain.

Allowed an entire Little League team to the pool, what a madhouse.
