This hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful.

The hotel is beautiful. The swimming pool area was not clean and there were no towels. There was a 1/2 hour wait to get towels. I went up to my room to get towels for my family. Later I called housekeeping and asked for 6 towels. I was question why do we need so many towels, and told they would send as many as they could. It took an hour to get the towels. The great thing about this hotel was the breakfast.

The hotel is near the airport but right on the SF bay. You can walk/jog around the trails or sit outside and watch the planes land. There is a nice restaurant about a quarter mile from the hotel or you can drive to downtown Burlingame about 10 minutes away. Downtown SF is about 20 miles. You definitely want to experience driving up and down those steep hills.

We were in town for a wedding. Very convenient, near to the SFO airport. Nice area, beautiful views of the bay. We love the greenery and streams in the interior of the hotel. The staff was phenomonal, especially the bartenders. Breakfast was great too, but it was very crowded (as expected). There were two large weddings, and parking was difficult ...

The hotel view was very nice but it is so close to the SF Airport. You can see the plane take off and landing every second. The air was polluted with the smell of the plane gasoline. So noisy even when you already had close all the doors. Don't stay on weekend, it gets so busy, you can hear people shouting, walking around, wedding, etc. We stay ...

Management was rude, gave us guidelines to abide by since we had a group of people, followed and still he kicked us out. He was not open to discuss further, even though I constantly told him I followed all his guidelines. Still he said to pick up and get out, even though we had a 6 month old and a 10 month old baby sleeping inside. We picked up ...

We stayed here for one night because the next day was my baby shower. There must have been a soccer tournament or something because there were a million children.

I can understand it was busy so it was pretty loud, way past 11pm, so we couldn't utilize the one room closest to the door (my parents were going to use that room). To top it off ...

This is a nice hotel, we can usually count on Embassy Suites. We stayed there because of the convenient location to the SF Airport.
Complaints:
