Nothing spectacularWas chosen because of its location near Hearst Castle and it being near the shore. However, it is very reminiscent of an old motel with no frills. The room was clean, but the bed was a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast is as simple as you can get and still offer a breakfast. Curry anyone?We booked this after seeing the ad for years in AAA's Westways magazine. Driving through town, we saw many quaint little hotels and were excited to find ours. Once we got there, it looked like the run of the mill Motel 6 (which isn't really fair to compare to the actual Motel 6 in town, as we would have preferred to stay there!).
