I had a prepaid package, the motel clerk did not how to handle it, and I was charged twice for the same room. Had to go through the hassle of dealing with two unknowing clerks, and unreturned phone calls. The room and bed was good, shower was great! The female day clerk who answered my phone call when I discovered I was double charged was very curt and developed an attitude when I asked if she could correct the problem.
