ROOMS ARE GREAT NO MATTER WHAT THE VIEW , GREAT STAFF, NEED WORK ON WI FI, CLOSE TO ALL ACTIVITIES

I really enjoyed the stay. I wish I would have been able to have spent time enjoying the beach front, and sitting on my deck. Yes, the rooms have a walk out deck facing Pacific Coast Highway. I had wireless internet connectivity issues and found that frustrating. I found the owners charming, and very personable. I would love to come back for a longer stay next time.

The rooms are very small. The motel manager is impossible to deal with. They actually told me on the phone that they were located on the Dana Point marian. They are a good 3 miles from the marina. The motel is not on the beach. It is across Pacific Highway which is very noisy.

Very cute. Beautiful grounds: huge fountains nestled in colorful flower beds, wood-framed cottage-like setting. Rooms were big, clean. Extremely quiet with the beach just across the street. Will definitely stay there again.
